Booking and Cancellation Policy

Payment and cancellation terms for direct bookings made on our website.

Payment

For direct bookings made through our website, you pay 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% up to 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy guarantees a refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. However, a fee of 5% of the value of your stay is withheld to cover processing costs.

If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the booking is non-refundable.
